It might feel unattainable to go after your purpose in life or to even know what your purpose is. Why? Because it is a pretty big thing to figure out. Purpose is defined as “the reason for which something is done or created or for which something exists.” Yes, being completely in touch with why you exist is heavy… but we also think it is beautiful and empowering. This week, we want you to spend time reflecting on what matters most to you—personally, relationally, professionally, and/or educationally. Then, take that information and use it to DEFINE YOUR PURPOSE. Maybe it’s time to develop personal mission and vision statements. Maybe it’s time to take an honest look at how you spend your time to see if it really aligns with what matters most to you. For some of us, maybe we finally need to accept and celebrate that we were created for a reason. That there is nothing accidental about our existence, rather that our life matters for something pretty special. Doesn’t that feel good to embrace? We hope so. It’s time to step out of the daily routine of simply going through the motions. Take the time to get to know yourself, your passions, and your purpose. Defining your purpose matters.
